Exploring your options

So now that you’ve made the decision to research your options, how do you go about it? Choosing a natural gas supplier is a serious undertaking. It has three basic steps.

Before committing yourself to the task, make sure you understand the benefits and responsibilities.

Do your homework.
Look closely at the information natural gas suppliers give you and ask questions. Make sure that you know what you can expect from them and that you understand the service agreement.

Know that the gas market is constantly in flux and that new suppliers may emerge in the future. You’ll probably want to revisit your service agreement from time to time.

Make your choice.
Contact one of the participating Choices For You suppliers and let them know you are interested in changing your supplier.
