When you talk to potential suppliers, you'll want to ask them some questions. Here are some basic questions you might want to ask, but be sure and ask any other questions you think of.

• Will I save money by switching to you?
• What pricing options are available? Will what I pay vary? How much?
• How many bills will I receive each month?
• What billing or payment plans do you offer?
• How long will my service contract with you last?
• Are there fees to join or leave the supplier's program?
